Personal data processing policy

1. Who processes the data
The operator is Artem S. Shumilov, a self-employed creator (professional income tax payer), taxpayer ID (INN) 372502351418, the owner of the SHUUM WEB site. For data questions contact: artemxtg00@mail.ru, phone +7 980 733-95-55 or Telegram @crispieeeee.
2. What data we receive
- The name you sign your request with.
- A phone number, Telegram handle or email so that we can contact you.
- The brand name and niche, the chosen format and a description of the task, if you provide them.
- The calculator estimate, if you send it with your request.
Data is sent only when you press “Send request” yourself.
3. Why
Only to reply to your request: to discuss an ad integration and agree the format, timing and terms. We do not send marketing mailings using this data.
The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box in the request form: Consent to personal data processing (in Russian). The terms for clients are set out in the public offer (in Russian).
4. Where it is stored and who can access it
Requests go to the site owner’s private panel. Only Artem Shumilov has access to it. Data is not published or passed to third parties, except where the law requires it.
5. How long it is stored
While the work is being discussed and for up to 12 months after it ends, unless you ask for deletion earlier.
6. Your rights
You can at any time find out what data about you is stored, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent to processing. Write to the email or Telegram from section 1; we will reply within 10 business days.
7. Cookies and analytics
The site uses no advertising trackers and sets no tracking cookies. If analytics such as Yandex Metrica is added later, it will use cookies and this page will be updated.
8. Changes
If the policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
